Shower valve cover

Having trouble with a new cartridge and new cover that drips leaks by the cartridge stem I’ve changed out several ORings and have tryed 3 different covers it’s a tempress 2 danfoss Grohe I’m at a loss it doesn’t leak using just the tub as soon as you switch to shower it leaks by the stem
