Shower Pan Drain Strainer

Trying to locate a replacement shower pan drain strainer. I can not determine the manufacturer of the pan, but it was put in my the builder.
Does anyone know the manufacturer and where I can purchase one? Pictures attached.

It is slightly squared.
What is the longest and shortest width?
And what is the spacing of the retainer tabs?
