Hi Everyone.

Just registered and hoped ya'll can help. I am sure this is the 1000th time this has been asked

New home owners - older home - shitty fixtures

Our second bath shower is dripping - has been for months. driving us nuts. Had a great plumber come out and they could not ID the manufacturer of the the shower/cartridge.

If we do not ID this - we have to rip a hole in our closet to replace the whole thing - so that is not ideal.

Pictured included, hoping someone can make our wknd. Thanks!

Apparently this cartridge is generic, and several companies sell it under their brand name.

So you might find it called something besides Gerber.

PS All must now bow down to me, the king of Google, haha!

Just Kidding!

You posted great pics! That was the key!

Don’t forget, you might need the cartridge AND the pressure balance module, sometimes sold together or as separate parts.

The pressure balance module is to avoid getting burned or chilled by water being used elsewhere in the house.

But they can cause a drip all on their own.
