Hi there, I recently had an accident and broke my plastic septic tank lid. Can anyone point me in the direction as to what exactly these are called and where I can purchase one? I have scoured the internet and tried all local plumbers and tank pumpers and they can't seem to find one. It's about 22" wide diameter. As you can see below, where the yellow turns to green it can slide right off. All I can find online is riser covers which won't really do the trick. I tried ordering from 2 sites and one cancelled due to lack of stock on a 22" riser cover and another was $250 to ship to Canada. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Brick it up and put a stainless steel lid and latch that can be locked or bolted shut. Very important the lid is secured.

Or pay the $250 shipping and be fine with it. Sounds like you’ve found what you need but you just don’t want to buy it. 🤣

$250 will seem cheap if an animal goes down there and plugs up the system.

Or worse yet, a child falls into that and dies.
