Septic Pump Control Box

Have a septic pump control box which I cannot find any info on. I think the box is bad. The floats all work as they should but box will not turn on the pump. See pictures. Wire B goes to high level float. Wire A is from low level float. When Both floats are in the up position the relay will not activate. Looking for info on this box or a replacement box. Thanks in advance.
