Yeah we do use it currently. It is nice to have everything done electronically. We send estimates, schedule clients, create invoices, accept payment, and it tracks customer history for us. It brings up a Zillow history (built in, price of the house, bedrooms/bathrooms, square feet) and a picture of the front of the address for most addresses. Once the customer's info has been entered, you can communicate with the customer through the app, by call or text. You can schedule different plumbers for the call and their name comes up to the customer. You can send an "on the way" message to the customer as well.
