Hi everyone. So here is the story. I got a used washer for the house to replace the old one.It is working great, however, ever since I put it in I have no hot water in the sinks and bathtubs. Could putting the washer in be causing this somehow?

yes, could be a bad solenoid valve in the machine, how are your hoses connected to regular valves or a valve box
with a handle you move back and forth

Hi thanks so much for your help. By valves do you mean the taps to the hot and cold water? If so, I shut them both off and still only cold water.

Disconnect both houses from the valves

Have you checked the hot water heater see if the out going line is hot follow it if possible se where it gets cold

Did you check the pilot light on the water heater?
