I'm afraid I don't understand. What are the red lines denoting? The angled pipe from the lavs should not join with a wye?

you do not need 2 pipes for 2 lavs
you can bring one pipe up inbetween the 2 lavs
and use a fixture fitting [cross] to catch both lavs

to recap
you have 3 lavs
one is caught off of the vent for the 2 toilets
the other 2 can be caught off one pipe

so, in that bathroom, you only have 2 vents
plus the shower across the room

I believe frodo also indicated to get rid of that offset in the main line going by the shower.
By the looks of where that shower drain is, you shouldn't need the offset to connect up the shower drain to the main line.
But if the shower drain was in the center of the base, it probably would be in the neighborhood of 6" or 7" or so away, which would make it tougher to tie into.

I can't rely on them having a cross available, but I think this should work just as well for the bath room cluster, no? Thanks for your patience! (I was able to get my hands on a double 4" tee for the toilets)
