Replacing wet-bar sink drain

Replacing a drain in a wet-bar sink and I think I need a specialized too to get the drain out. Pic is attached. Any advice?

Use slip joint pliers (or channel locks) to remove the lower nut. This will disconnect the flanged tailpiece from the strainer. Next remove the nut against the bottom of the sink. This will allow you to separate the strainer assembly from the sink. You may need a tub wrench and maybe some needle nose pliers to hold each side of the strainer and allow you to remove it.
