replacing frozen CPVC ball valve, need HELP!

The critical step is to not cut off all the water in your building for several days, and get fined by the association for it.

And then have to pay a plumber bigger money because he knows you are desperate, and because you already screwed up what little pipe he has to work with.

If it were me, I would cut the valve out, cut into wall if necessary.
Then begin with a CPVC x 3/4" threaded adapter (the kind with the brass threads). Then build it all back with propress as needed.
Simple and bomb proof. Done!
