I need to replace my shower faucet. I removed it and there is no brand name anywhere. I have been looking at new ones online and none look like the cartridge will the valve that is there. I would like to not have to replace the valve. I'd like to be able to find a faucet that I can easily install with existing. Thanks for any help.

I can't figure out what you want to do.
As Geofd said, there's no need to replace the controls (the valve), it's very easily repaired, almost indefinitely.
If you don't like the look anymore, you can keep the Delta valve, and buy different trim, and different handle.... or you can pull the whole shebang out and go with something else.
( Or is all you want to do is change the shower head? )
