Rear discharge toilet in the basement

he really does not need a wall, the terlet bolts to the floor
so their is no strain on the plumbing.
for sanitary reasons i would build a wall

This style of toilet does not use a flange.

BUT can I use a "90" out of the back of the toilet into the stack "T" ?
