Do they even sell side by side fridge/freezer units without the ice maker? We don't even have water hooked up for the fridge anymore after the waterlines ruptured. I use the ice compartment for storage. Really feel its a waste of space. We have a separate ice maker.
Yes they do! I have something similar to this:
https://www.costco.com/.product.1234878.htmlI love the extra room from not having an icemaker and don't have the worry about leaking due to the it.

Man, I wish we had a Costco in the area! I want one of those! I haven't been able to find any on other sites when looking. They all have that drawer freezer that I hate.
Putting in the model number its not available at HD anymore and the more expensive version is available at Lowes... Our fridges are still good for now so it's something to look at for the future. It's the fullsize upright freezer we have problems with.

Home Depot has a couple if you search by No Icemaker (Whirlpool and Maytag)

Best Buy has the Whirlpool for the same price.

I bought mine (a Kenmore) from Sears when they were still around. Whirlpool made Kenmore at the time I believe. And I think Whirlpool bought Maytag so might all be the same thing.

I am glad they clear-cut the entire area when they built my townhouse complex! Not a single tree around and we don't have any leaves in our gutters either!

But, hey, I do have my own burden to bear in that the sink drains look like that with two long-haired women in the house so there is that.

TWH, your shelves are better-stocked than are the shelves at my local HD.

I doubt that but I do have a good selection.

Time spent running to buy material is a waste and it’s inconvenient. I save about an hour a work day by having a stockroom. Do the math on that over a year.

I search for deals on items I use and when I find a deal I buy in bulk.

Meanwhile, my friend's new gf bought a better sink for the kitchen and he got a pull down faucet on sale.

Sorry if this double posts. Had trouble with it saying message was too long or some bs.

Yeah, it is neat. Would never work in my house because it would become a sleeping spot for kitties. LOL. Also wouldn't match the decor. But that one looks nice on that formica countertop.

My friend sent me a video of his road. City Workers ruptured some sort of water line, his yard flooded which caused the stand holding his water heater (which was outside) to tip over/break and his water heater fell and broke (got a hole in it). Now there is sewage bubbling up from this hole and when he calls the city to complain they claim they are "working on it" but no one has been out there.
