You know how manufactureres say do not scratch the PEX tube as scratches may become leaks in years to come? My question is what is their definition of a scratch? Everything has scratches of various degrees. Installing PEX without some sort of scratches is close to impossible. I have attached a picture of my PEX tube with scratches and wondering if I need to replace it as it has some scratches or if it is going to be okay? Many thanks in advance.

I honestly don't think you could uncoil PEX and install it without touching an object and leaving blemishes. I wouldn't worry about it. A gouge, nick, or a cut is a different story.
