Hi

Thanks for adding me.

Ok here goes, We have a low yield well, we have a cistern and have had no issues with water for about a year now. Yesterday evening the pump kicked in and as the water slowed rushing through the pipes, the Load light started flashing, I googled it and reset the system, the green pump light came on and the pump started pumping again, suddenly a huge grinding noise starts coming from the box and the green flashing light turns solid and the system stops.

the drilling company came out did a check and found nothing at all, no issues, he leaves and an hour later the same noise.

I have posted a video of what's going on, if anyone can help I would be too grateful.

Guess :some kind of contacter has gone bad from cycling. They (contractors) will pit and corrod over time just from "normal" function and go bad. This is only a guess from the sound inside your control.

This is more of a control /electrical question.

The video doesn’t work on my iPhone. Can you post it to YouTube ?
