Problem with Kräus kitchen faucet

I have a kitchen faucet in my house that has a problem. I called Kräus and they sent parts but it is not clear to me where they go or even if they are the correct parts. I made a video showing the issue and posted it on YouTube at the address below. If you can help resolve this issue I would be very grateful. Thanks.

I had a similar issue with a europen shower valve call the they may send you a "cutsheet' it shows an exploded picture of your faucet and how it goes together

Replace your aerator. It’s where the water exits the faucet.

All my faucets used to do exactly this with my old hot water heater because little bits (from water heater dip tube?) would be clogging up the faucet aerators. Had to remove and clean the aerators once a month until I finally got a new water heater. My bathroom faucets (Danze) come with a little tool to remove the aerators and my kitchen faucet (Pfister) I think you use a wrench to unscrew it. Good luck!
