Pressure tank size

I have a well with a submersible pump. The well pump is a Franklin Electric 1 horsepower model. The pressure tank is a Signature 2000 model SR20-6S-01. The well pump seems to cycle on and off very frequently. I'm wondering if the pressure tank is sized properly for the pump. Does anyone know what size tank I should have with this pump? Thanks for any feedback.

A 20 gal. tank is a little too small. I prefer at least 100 gal. for a 1hp
You may just need to reset the air in the tank.
Drain all the pressure off the tank, by letting all the water out.
Check the air pressure in the tank with the valve stem on top of the tank.
It should be 2 to 3 psi Less than the cut on pressure of the pressure switch.
EX= switch on 30/ off 50.....the tank pressure should read 28 to 27 psi.
Use a tire pressure gauge to check the tank pressure.

I'm with Travis, that tank is a bit small.

Give that tank a rock to the side to see how heavy it feels. It should move easily. If it feels like it's full of water, it's probably shot.
