Having a hard time finding a matching valve or faucet. Can't find any way to separate the knob from the stem.
The knob itself is round with four divots on each quadrant. I'll be happy to measure any dimension if that would be helpful.
Please note that there was another rubber gasket on the bottom of the cylinder which disintegrated, thus is not on the photo.

Thank you for your time and advice.

I’m guessing but it sure looks like something Kohler would make.

You need to get that handle off.

Still couldn't separate the handle from the stem, but it broke at the rubber gasket indent, so here is another view:

The cylinder (outer shell of the stem) is 1 inch wide at the thread and 3.67 inches long. Inner diameter is 0.6 inches at the widest part (next to four side holes), and 0.43 inches at the neck, where the inner stem meets the handle.

The inner stem is about 4.7 inches+ long, can't measure well within the handle, the measurement includes 1.1 inches visible as protruding from the handle. By the O ring near the handle (where it broke), it has a diameter of 0.41 inches.

I don't mind if handles do not match, I'll likely have to replace all visible hardware due to age anyway. Unfortunately, original owner / installer did not leave any access to the internal plumbing, and I ideally could reuse the external valve bodies, thus avoiding to open up a tiled tub shell.

So the faucet is Price Pfister. Someone probably changed the hand shower to the other brand.

Looks like it, the problem is that searching either brand, I could not find the matching knobs or, more importantly, valves / stems. 😭

Email your pics to Kingston Brass Tech Support. See if they claim the diverter stem.

You need to remove the handle and take a pic of the entire diverter stem.

Thank you,
I've managed to get the handle off and emailed Kingston & Kohler (who seems to have a similar design). I'll update everyone if / when they do reply.

Here is a better view of the stem. Screw to screw it is 5.3 inches long, while accompanying cylinder is 3.6. Keep in mind that there is a rubber gasket missing from the indent , not sure where it went (still looking for it), but you can refer to earlier photo to see how it looked with it in place.

I was able to find some useful references, but alas not an exact match. Does anyone have links to similar catalogs to share? Here are links to those I've found:

133938_Brochure.pdf (interlinebrands.com)
Danco_Catalog_2016.pdf
Stem_Locator2017_page.indd (kissler.com)
06 - Plumbing Part 1.qxd (vailace.com)

At this point I'd settle for finding the appropriate rubber gaskets and reusing the old hardware, alas I do not have a photo of the rubber gasket which disintegrated from the bottom of the cylinder. I'm going to have to try to fish it out from the rest of the plumbing. 😭

I just verified that some Kingston brass rough valves fit price Pfister parts.

Definitely contact Kingston brass

Just got a reply from Kingston, alas it is not theirs.

The faucet and components shown in your provided photos are not Kingston Brass products, I am unfamiliar with the brand the item may be.
