Please help identify bathroom faucet

Dear all,
I recently purchased a condo unit built in the 60s and the bathroom faucets ( 2 ) are leaking. Although it is probably easier to just replace them, I like the designs and would like to fix them if I can buy the parts. Could any of you guys identify the brand or possibly the model of these faucets?

Thank you! I should have access to the unit next Tuesday when I will try to take out the cartridge.

I'm not sure but from the shape of the handles Price-Pfister comes to mind. BUT... if it were my place I would replace them with something (Moen hint) , maybe a similar design if you like that, but so much easier to keep clean, with updated and new insides.
