I don't like any so I was continually replacing the spout with the pull-up diverter. I then changed to a spring loaded pull-down type and it's been good for a year or so now with (nearly) zero drip.

I, also have the pull-down, which has a healthy little stream. When I find a few spare minutes, I will remove the spout ... probably an O ring failure.
If it’s a Delta there’s no repair on record. But I’ve often repaired things that are said to be not repairable.

Take a pic and let me see what you have.

Thanks for offer! However, went in the catycombs and found the receipt, dated 2000, and info sheet for the diverter. It is a Delta. So, I called Delta Faucet ... they are sending a free replacement! Their list price is $98!!

Thats good we like FREE. A drip doesn't matter but if your loosing a lot of water out the spout that should be coming out of the
shower head.
