Hello,

New here and looking for someone to identify this handle? The house is 1977 and both showers have these so I suspect they are the same vintage. One is on the way out so I need to replace either the insert or the whole deal. Googling handles and shower fixtures hasn't helped yet.

Thank you!

I'm not familiar with the knob but what's behind it looks like a Delta.

Ok, thanks. It is a bit finicky and hard to get to stop dripping. The knob actually tilts/pivots up and down on this one to increase/decrease volume so I suspect it is not standard. Not a push pull mechanism. I miss our old mom and pop plumbing place down the street already since we moved.

The cartridge gets hard to operate then the handle breaks. That’s usually how I find that faucet.

I’ve had success repairing them.

I purchased a full knock-off rebuild kit recently (online).
The holes in the new plate did not match the old plate so had to put aside.
For the handle removal, there is an allen screw on the underside.
