This is not the original poster of the problem. This young lady is simply posting an ad for a Birmingham plumbing company.

EDIT: The home page for the plumbing company she's mentioning shows this statement in their web page.

"At Eagle Service Company, we work smart and hard every day to provide long-term indoor comfort solutions."
So she apparently totally agrees with that statement.
