No cold water in shower

I haven't used this shower in about a year and now I only get hot water. It's a single handle Delta fixture. 29 year old. I have replaced the cartridge but no change. Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks.

Take out the guys and check for debris on both sides, clean out each side flush with guts out
