Not my project but a nice solution to a simple request.

Client needed a “powder room” on the first floor of her home on a crawl space. I tend not to take on such projects instead focusing on repairs and installations rather than major renovations including adding a toilet where none was previously installed. It was a tight space. She called a number of contractors. As usual most never called back, or were crazy expensive or too busy or came up with all manner of reasons why she/they couldn’t do it.

Finally she found one guy who had done a number of larger projects in the home for her, and he came through with little excuse, fair price, quickly with minimal disruption in the home.

I’ve seen tiny sinks in relatives homes in NYC, but nothing quite this small!

I installed one of those in a hair salon in the back so they could rinse out hair color mixing bowls. Very tight space and that’s about all that would fit.

Then the ***** refused to pay me. It didn’t work out well for her, that’s all I’ll say.

Now im pissed off again 🤣
