Hey all,

Finally got the navien nr210 concentric vent installed. Fired up system...didn't work. Think may be flow sensor. New one being sent. My question, why does water run from the hot water side of faucet when the hot water valve under the water heater is turned off? If Im being confusing, and you don't mind looking at my first post, there is a picture of the heater set up. Seems logical that if you shut off water coming out of the water heater you shouldn't be getting water through the hot water side of faucets.

Thanks for any ideas.

I don't see a return line anywhere, but do you have one plumbed into a small holding tank or something? That would backfeed water to the hot side of the faucets.

Hello and thanks,

The only other line coming off the heater is a condensate line going into a laundry tub. More info on the heater...its not a recirculating heater.

That is the correct link. Other than the c-hose the pic is how its plumbed.
