Hi all
I had a new boiler fit and there is a leak from the left hand bolt (the one with the pressure gauge in front of it).
I've called the fitter back twice and it's still not fixed. It's gone on for weeks and now he's ignoring my messages. I've always been really friendly and polite but feel I need to be more assertive and suggest I will pay another fitter and he will be liable for the cost.
Does anyone know why it would still leak? Is he doing something wrong? Is he avoiding fixing it properly because it's more work than it looks? Any advice appreciated.
