Need ideas for updating shower handles

Hi. I am working on a standalone shower that has separate hot and cold handles. They are from the old Moen Chateau line, but called wing handles and have a long screw in the middle. They screw into the 1224 cartridge but with an adapter kit in-between. Does anyone know if there are new (less disco) handles that will fit on this setup? Even if not Moen, maybe another product - would need a central screw. Thanks!
