Single handed showertap only works on a certain angle and it stops or reduces water flow to none when rotated on any other angle.

I took out the handle succesfully but I'm stuck at a point where I am unable to understand what to do next.

Please help me understand what I need to do next?

Is this problem fixable , I have never done it before can I do it on my own?

Is there something I need to replace?

How to take it out here after ? and how to fit the new one back in if required?

I would recommend calling the manufacturer, if you know who made it. I only use Moen valves, so I am not familiar with the one in your picture. Howevet, the symptoms you describe indicate that the cartridge needs to be repaired or replaced. Most faucets have a lifetime guarantee, so, if you call the manufacturer, they will be able to direct you on the removal, and will likely send you a new cartridge.
