Need help identifying this thread type: garden hose adapter GHT to ?

Hi All,
Hoping this is the right place to post this question, apologies if not.

I've been searching and searching and scratching my head as to what type of thread I'm dealing with on my garden hose faucet. There was an adapter between the faucet and the garden hose that needs replacing, and I can't find a replacement, mainly because I don't know what type of thread is on the pipe end. What I do know: it's 3/4" on both male and female ends, the male end of the adapter going to the hose is GHT, and the female end hooking up to the faucet is NOT NTP. See pictures for further clues.

Any ideas as to what this is? Thanks for your help!

..and, of course, right after I post I think I finally figured it out. It's an Arrowhead spigot and that has its own 'fine thread'. Trying this on for size.
