Need help identifying pressure reducing valve

Hi, community. I'm not a pro by any means but have a question for those of you who are.

The previous tenant of a house I rented left some HVAC products & tools behind that I do not need and will never use. I wanted to find out what the approx price would be for several of them but I'm stumped on this pressure reducing valve. I've attached some pictures. The numbers identifying the product was part of the model I suspect & is just difficult to read. However, I can make out the following:

LISTED 39
PAT. 4008735
388-75-SA
WATER PRESS.
CONT. VALVE
REDUCING DEVICE
CLASS IX
VR-X

And on the top of the valve, there are two additional patent numbers.

PAT. 4,008,735
PAT. 4,249,717

Any help with identifying this product would be greatly appreciated. I'm clueless as to what this thing costs retail. It's brand new & I believe I have 3 of them.

That is NOT a PRV. It is known as a globe valve and only good for modulating flow. It might have been some mfrs bad idea, but not legit.
Has none of the elements present that would make a decent working PRV

Thanks for the reply breplum. What would you say I should charge for this thing? Was going to drop it on Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist.
