Need help badly! High tank toilet drain

I have an antique high tank toilet.The drain fitting inside my tank is 2".My drain pipe is 1 1/2". It was jury rigged when installed.Now the seating surface that the flapper seals on is chipped and leaks by the flapper.Does anyone know how to repair this or know a plumbing supply that can help me?

if the porcelain is chipped there is no repairing....unless there is a specialty plumbing store out there that has your specific brand

flush valve fitting is chipped
