Need gasket / o-ring for tub stopper

Stand alone bath tub stopper not working / holding water. When I unscrewed the plug it looks like the o-ring was messed up. Seems to have gotten stretched. I have no idea who manufactures the hardware. Figure I just need a new o-ring. Ideas? I often have to replace drains that I can’t find replacement seals for. Some take a regular o ring......those are easy, yours doesn’t.
 
That’s not it......

The one from American Beauty has a typical o ring to seal it, so you couldn’t use the oring.

The whole unit pictured isn’t compatible because it’s opened and closed different.

The drains without a typical o ring are often proprietary parts from the manufacturer.
