Hello,
We're putting in a new bathroom sink and vanity and all the piping is over to one side. This is Because we're putting a vanity that is 30" long instead of 54" that was there. If the cold water stubout is move 2" to the left all the pipes will still be inside of the 30" cabinet , just not centered. Otherwise the wall would have to be all cut out and everything moved over at least 10" the water lines and the sink drain. What are your thoughts on this? Is it ok to just move over the one line? Thanks for any input and advice.

Depends on the vanity, really. Does it have drawers?

If all the pipes come out in the open portion of the vanity, you can work with what ya got. If not, everything will have to move, which means that wall gets opened up, and you figure out what ya gotta do.
