Moen Kitchen Faucet

My daughter's kitchen faucet pull out hose has a leak.
1. Can this be repaired or needs replacement.
2. It is about five years old (came with the new house). Would it be still under warranty? If not does Moen sell it and how easy would it be to install.
Any other suggestions would be appreciate.

Call Moen and check warranty, if they won’t warranty because she’s not original purchaser the part can be ordered
