Any guesses? I’m stumped.

Can you help me figure this out.

What are we figuring out? Looks like a bidet faucet mounted on a sink. Got a step stool?

My thoughts also. I can’t figure out make or model. Thought it was American standard, they say no (I still think it is) and Kohler says no. My whole joy in figuring this out is telling my customer that they have been using bidet faucets for all these years. I just want to make sure I’m right first.
