Looking for help with drain problem

I was kicked off the "plumbing zone forum" for being honest about not being a pro plumber. I'm just an old maintenance worker at a smallish city in SoCal. If that is a problem , just let me know and I'll try somewhere else. Thanks for your consideration, BC.
