Complete and utter victory! Received approval to run drain pipe to daylight. Called a guy to dig trench (he was horrible at communication so I dropped him) then called another guy I met a few years before and he never returned my calls. This is why if it's possible to DIY and you are smart and capable then you should just DIY and forget wasting your time with professionals. Of course, when I find a professional that returns calls and who is honest I hold onto them for dear life because they are worth their weight in gold.

Anyway, I rented an excavator...ran the pipe and then rented a dingo to back fill. Big test was the hurricane this past weeek and my system worked perfectly! ha!
