Hi!

Can somebody please tell me what kind of shut off valve is this. I need one like this or can somebody tell me if I can use a regular
Compression shut off valve. I can't use the sharbite because it has the white pipe on the middle that won't let it fit on the copper pipe.IMG_20190216_161506.jpg IMG_20190216_161708.jpg

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks,

When you install those shark bites onto copper pipe you pull that plastic piece out, those are only used when installed onto pex pipe. Never seen a shut off like that but hope that helps.
Looks like that might have to be cut off before you can another angle stop valve.
Where are you located?

That's a one piece water supply, similar to what BrassCraft has. Although I have seen them with that type of connection, I'm having trouble locating them. That connection is somewhat unique as it has that plastic clip that gets push down after installed and pulled up to take it apart. Which I assume the OP had to do to get it apart.??? They're made to be installed on copper, PVC or PEX. There are others out there that make a one piece but you can just replace it with any angle valve made to be pushed on to copper and a separate riser.
BrassCraft also has that type of connection but I can only find it in there plastic version.

Here's that plastic version of the valve alone with that type of connection.
