Kitchen sink leak

I have water dripping into my cabinet under the sink from the area where the faucet is. Some friends who considered my problem think I probably need to replace my faucet.

It doesn't appear to be a difficult job, but I'm wondering if anyone here can recommend a good replacement faucet?

I don't want to get something cheap, and end up with this same problem down the road.

Moen, or Delta. Both a very good faucets and you can find parts for either anywhere
