Hope to find a good solution here. We have a kitchen faucet onboard our sailing boat with a messy flow. There is no aerator and would like to fit it if it would be helpful. But there is no internal thread. See pics. Anyone a good affordable solution (except for replacing the entire faucet). I also would not like to connect a piece of plastic hose)IMG_2787.jpeg

You just have to try and find an aerator to screw into it if it has threads. The pics didn’t help me.

Or replace the entire faucet.
 
This part might unscrew if you turn it clockwise looking at it from the top.
