Shot a quick video going over the issue verbally and visually...hopefully this is something that I can sort out without having to take the entire thing apart?!

Well, finally got it all tore apart and it doesnt seem to be anything stuck between the two layers, but the back is all messed up. Anyone know what these things are called so I can order replacement parts?

One parts website (appliancepartspro.com) shows something that looks a little like that called "Tub-Outer", and they sell for $240-$280. To nail down the exact part, they'll need the exact model number and serial number. The service manual is also (allegedly) available as a downloadable .pdf, but I couldn't make that website's "free trial" work. There's a complete He2T available on eBay for not much more than that, as well as the repair manual on CD. The He2T is basically a Whirlpool Duet, so you may have some luck going down that path. The parts gurus can guide you there. Good luck...
