Of course if you add your age to the year you were born you're likely to come up with 2019, unless your birthday is in Nov or Dec, in which case the answer would be 2018.

take your tape measure, fold it over put the end on the year you were born
1966 put the end on 66 etc

turn the tape over at that spot. it will be on your age
