Hi Folks,
I took a look at the forum and it seems friendly and knowledgeable, so I signed up. I'm 63 and have never been very handy. I'd like to change that. I know that a lot of home repair stuff is not rocket science (maybe none of it is) but it helps to have a place to ask questions. My goal is to improve things, not make mistakes that make things worse. So here I am.
The house was built in 1925.
So was the plumbing. Heh heh...
