Is this faucet pipe unique to vendor or just a T and pipe?

This is the pipe that connects the water to the sink faucet with the cartridge on the top. Is this just regular pipe or is it unique to the vendor? Can I piece together a new one?

Looking at the top down is that the "seat"?

The faucet body is unique to the mfr. I don't think there is a replaceable seat on that faucet, but, the photo is inadequate to be sure.
