Hi guys, I’m new here. I have a question about damaged drain elbow. Is it fixable or need to be fully replaced?

Drain was impossible to remove even with superior extractor tool, so I used metal saw in 3 places. In result, I slightly (?) damaged the drain elbow in two spots.

That is an impossible question to answer.
The fitting is called a drain shoe.
The threads primarily hold the top drain tightly in place.
The plumber's putty and the washer below do most of the work.
But, under high head of a full tub, you won't know without functional observational testing.
I wouldn't professionally ever use that shoe again.

Me either, It looks like you got pretty deep into those threads. Is it open basement below. If so then put
it together and try it. If its above a ceiling then replace it. As a homeowner you can try it but as a professional
plumber working in your house we would have to replace it.

You could try rubbing pipe dope into all the threads, then also wrapping the new drain piece threads with teflon tape.

The cuts might make the new drain cover hard to screw in.

Maybe buy two, and try to screw in the first one with just a little teflon dope on its threads as a lubricant.
It might act as a kind of thread repair tool.

Then remove it, and install a nice fresh one.
