TY - I'm going to deduce that means I should be good to go with just replacing the wye (and adding a cleanout). -- separate vents for each fixture?

Well....Find the center of the terlet. and do what you have to do to make the connection line up
like i have drawn..

If you pipe it like i show , The only vent needed is at the sink
every thing is wet vented
