I have a 2500 ft^3 basement utility room housing 2 hvac units and 2 heat pump water heaters. I am adding an additional washer/dryer to the room. I am considering venting the electric dryer directly into the utility room with the idea that the warmer moist air will allow the heat pumps to operate more efficiently. The humidity has dropped to the point the dehumidifier in there no longer turns on (set at 50). Is it even worth the effort/risk or should I just vent the dryer to the exterior of the home?

That's a perfect idea the exhaust heat from the electric dryer will help heat your water

Just vent it to the outdoors. Too humid as far as I was concerned.
At a minimum, you should vent it outdoors with a diverter to allow it to be directed to the indoors as desired. That way you can try it either way.
I was doing it for awhile but ended up removing it.
The moisture can rot framing and promote mold growth, and the lint builds up dictates that a screen be incorporated on the indoor mode.
In my case I used one of these...

EDIT: I suppose it depends on the moisture level you want to maintain.
