Identifying a Showerhead

This is the showerhead found at the Fairmont hotel in Vancouver - it is absolutely the best I've experienced. There are no markings on it at all - could someone identify the brand and model?

dont know brand but i know delta and kohler make similar ones

that one is delta, but there are many brands at every price level.
