Identify needed correct knob

Hi I need help to see what faucet I need for this shower stem I think I have identified that this is a Peerless cartridge but I cannot find the right knob that fits this .. I bought this house and I think they used different parts since I see that it’s a Glazier bay trim but that brand knob won’t fit it .. is this A ptr188700-ipw Or UN or UNWS all I need is a compatible knob Thanks
