How to i properly add an air vent for my bathroom sink.
Water fills up, the lines cleaned up, my whole sewer lines new, and its pretty obvious that pressure is building up at P trap due to lack of air vent

Here are more pics .... can increase pipe sizes instead ??

Is that inside a cabinet where people won't see the piping when doors are closed? You may need to open up the wall and look behind it.
Do you know for certain that there is no vent? Or can you access the plumbing through another wall without breaking the tile?
If there is no vent, changing the pipe size won't help. You will need to run the trap arm about 4" minimum distance to a vent and could put a vent inside the wall. Or, if you can't add a vent in the wall (and your code allows it) you could add an Air Admittance Valve (AAV) under the sink. Trap arm would still have to be at least 4" long and the AAV would have to be in a place with air circulation that is accessible for when it needs to be replaced.

I was thinking that the first picture you sent was one of Mr. David's collection that you were showing what yours
looked like. Chip some of the tile above where it goes into the wall and with a light see if you are going into a
tee or elbow. If its a tee you probably are vented and an elbow you are most likely not unless this sink is directly
beside the toilet it could be wet vented.

It looks like it has a dishwasher draining in to it as well. I wonder if that affects the performance.
